but still bearing witness
to considerable differences
synonymous with ambiguities

being carried out
with acute awareness
thoroughly examined
as transcendent values

“defiling the hands”
as alchemy
of the raw and the radical

showing up at last
as loaded canons
aiming straight
at the sublimation of anger...
